What is a biomechanical assessment?
After being questioned on your health and sporting background you will undergo an osteopathic assessment and physical examination. Particular attention will be made to your joint mobility, muscle flexibility, strength and muscle balance. You will receive advice and a written report of the session containing recommendations after the consultation. You will not receive any treatment in this session and are under no obligation to follow our advice or begin a treatment programme.
Who are they for?

"A month ago I injured my back very badly picking up a sewing machine, I spent two days unable to straighten or do anything much. Fortunately I found Hannah, a wonderful osteopath, through a friend and her treatments brought me much relief and within three sessions I was completely recovered."
