2000: First triathlon age 11 at the Hatch End Triathlon

Hatch End-Harrow Triathlon every year from 2000-2010 and in 2013 & 2014

2005: Joined my local running club Watford Harriers and Jetstream Tri Club

2005 and 2006: Won the London Region Youth Triathlon Series

2005 and 2006: Represented the London Region at the National Inter-Regional Champs

2007 and 2008: Raced at a junior elite level
-
2009: Started Age Group triathlon racing
-
2010: First spot on the GB Age Group team for the European Sprint Triathlon Champs in Athlone, Ireland
-
2010-2013: Represented the GB Age Group Team for three consecutive years
-
2012: Won gold to became European 20-24 AG Sprint Triathlon Champion in Israel
-
Racing for the GB Age Group team has taken me all over the world to Ireland, Hungary, Spain, Israel, New Zealand and Canada.

2011 and 2012: Awarded Oxford Brookes University Sportswoman of the Year for two consecutive years

2013: Started being coached by Richard Stannard in July (until September 2017)

2013: Selected to represent GB at an elite level competing in the U23 ITU World Aquathlon Championships in Hyde Park - finished 4th

2013: Started training with a swimming club for the first time ever (Hillingdon SC)

2014: Made the decision to juggle full-time training with part-time work as an Osteopath.

2014: First season competing at an elite level - finished with a silver and bronze from the European and World Aquathlon Champs. Finished 7th overall in the British Super Series.

2015: Struggled with plantar fasciitis all year but went one better to take Gold at the European Aquathlon Championships. Finished 6th overall in the British Super Series.

2016: finished on the podium at Blenheim, Hever Castle, Eastbourne and Majorca Triathlons. Picked up Bronze at the European Aquathlon Champs and raced all of the French Grand Prix Series

2017: Gold at the European Aquathlon Championships, 4th and 5th at British Duathlon and Triathlon Champs. Highest position in a French Grand Prix with 24th at Quiberon.

2018: My best result of in a European Cup, silver medal at the World Aquathlon Champs and my first British Champs medal with a bronze at Cardiff. Finished 2018 ranked number 1 in the world for Aquathlon

2019: Selected to represent Team GB at the World Beach Games in Doha for Aquathlon
